PHASE I

Air system designs and produces bunkers PHASE I open or closed for the production of fermentation substrate.
The ventilation system to the substrate is realized by means of reinforced concrete paving with SPIGOT SYSTEM.

The closed bunkers and processing areas are designed to reduce gas emissions in the atmosphere and and feature a extraction systems with abatement by SCRUBBER.

Ventilation systems, temperature management of the substrate and gas extraction is controlled by computer FANCOM also are managed remotely through programs dedicated FARMANAGER.

PHASE II/III

Air system designs and produces tunnels PHASE II / III for the production of pasteurized and incubated compost. The ventilation system floor in the tunnel is realized by means of the discharge cavedium and concrete slabs.

The temperatures of the compost and air are managed by air handling unit complete technological systems such as (ventilation, cooling, steam, damper for fresh air mixing fresh air and recirculation air).

The temperature of the compost, the thermoregulation of the tunnel, the air handling units and centralized systems are managed by FANCOM computer, also can be interfaced remotely using FARMANAGER program.

The tunnel design includes the automation of the various phase of processing and packaging of compost.
